This case made headlines due to the horrendously, brutal facts that came out after a young woman was killed in a devastating wreck. She had just graduated from high school and had her whole life in front of her. The young woman was on her way home from her part-time job, excited about attending her graduation party that night, when she was struck by a 31-year-old Michael Grasing.<\/p>\n
Eyewitnesses said they had seen an intoxicated Grasing staggering towards his vehicle earlier in the evening. They told him not to drive, and he chose not to listen. His decision led him to run two red lights, weaving in and out of traffic doing at least 100 mph.
