The concept of living healthy is not a new one. It has been around for a long time, and was actually brought into reality by passing a mandatory insurance law in 1798. President Adams ensured the law was mandatory for private workers. Back then, the nation was not under siege by fast food manufacturers, living was slower, quieter, and healthier, and not as threatening, as the era we live in now. Now, we are surrounded by foods our bodies do not digest properly. Foods that make us sick, fat and tired and unable to combat the diseases induced by eating them day-in-and-day-out.<\/p>\n
The health care system at one time worked well, provided good service and was not overly expensive. Now, finding affordable health insurance quotes is sometimes a challenge, but it can be done.
