Statistics can be confusing when they document the amount of people arrested for illegally crossing the border. There used to be at least 12 million illegals living in the U.S., and actually, that number is still debated by politicians and the media. However, the fact is that the number dropped to 11.2 million in 2010. Contrast this number against the number of U.S. border patrol agents protecting the border, and check the numbers of those arrested, which has dropped by 36 percent. Something is obviously going on. If it is not the mass deportations, raids and arrests at the border, then what is it?<\/p>\n
