No one knows for sure how this worker got stuck in a piece of asphalt equipment. He was apparently doing some maintenance work on the equipment for his employer when he got stuck. Even though emergency responders got there fast, he was dead before they could extricate him.<\/p>\n
Deadly accidents like this usually attract the attention of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, who will run their own investigation parallel to that of the police. Once again, this is an example of an accident that resulted in a sudden death, leaving a whole host of unanswered questions. For instance, was the equipment defective?
