This won\u2019t come as much of a surprise to a whole lot of people, but the US health care system \u2013 despite its possible revamp \u2013 is in such a mess it\u2019s not easy to understand what is going on. While most people \u201cget\u201d that their medical care is going up and up, they don\u2019t get \u201cwhy\u201d it\u2019s so high.
