Pete Klodhoppian and his wife, Esmeralda, had a close encounter of the worst kind, only it ends with a Blue Card reprieve.<\/p>\n
Peter C. \u201cPete\u201d Klodhoppian and his beloved wife of 63 years, Esmeralda, had always dreamed of using their recreational vehicle, which they considered a spacious fourteen-footer, for a sightseeing trip through the American West. \u201cMaybe we\u2019ll get all the way to California,\u201d Esmeralda told Pete one day, when their dream still seemed unattainable.<\/p>\n
