\nWhile that is a good policy, it will be seen if the free market system can handle that. The Computer Consulting business, usually pays their employees over 100K. The problem is that their jobs require a lot of travel. The employee moves from project to project from location to location. While we do have Computer Professionals in the US, they want a lifestyle driven job that will allow them to stay in one place. We simply do not have enough Computer professional in the US.
