An estate administrator recently filed a lawsuit alleging that a Chicago medical facility failed to properly care for her decedent. According to the complaint, the patient fell, which resulted in a fractured hip. Left untreated, the patients\u2019 overall condition deteriorated, ultimately resulting in her death. The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount of more than $50,000.<\/p>\n
