A Bronx resident has been indicted on multiple child pornography charges of possession and promotion. Investigators discovered that his laptop contained hundreds of images and videos of children as young as 3 years old experiencing sexual abuse.<\/p>\n
Raymond Fontanez, 41, was indicted on 1,020 counts of possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child, possessing a sexual performance by a child, promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child and promoting a sexual performance by a child.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe defendant allegedly had hundreds of disturbing, revolting videos of young children \u2014 even toddlers \u2014 engaged in sexual acts,\u201d said Bronx District Attorney Darcel D. Clark. \u201cEach of those images amounts to child abuse, and each time they are played or shared the children are re-victimized, so the cruelty never ends for them.\u201d<\/p>\n
