A wrongful death lawsuit<\/a> has recently been filed resulting from a fatal 2013 crash in Minnesota.<\/p>\n The victim was driving on Interstate 35 in North Branch when he swerved to avoid hitting a deer in his lane, according to the Minnesota State Police. His vehicle rolled several times, and the man was ejected. He was lying in the middle of one of the lanes when he was struck and killed by another vehicle. According to the lawsuit, the driver that hit him was a Pine County investigator in his work vehicle, following another vehicle too closely as they approached the rollover crash scene. When the first driver slowed, the negligent driver moved to the left to pass. That\u2019s when he hit the man lying in the road, killing him instantly.
