A Pennsylvania woman and two teenagers were killed in a crash<\/a> on Interstate 79 near Bridgeport, W. Virginia after a box truck crossed the median and collided with the minivan in which they were passengers. The deceased were part of a church group traveling to an outreach event called Festival of Life. Three others in the minivan and two people in the truck were treated at the hospital for injuries. The accident forced the highway to shut down for eight hours.<\/p>\n Was the driver of the box truck distracted? Was he driving under the influence or speeding?
