A constant problem that we face in cases are doctors who perform “independent” medical exams.\u00a0 In many cases, insurance companies hire doctors to review our clients’ medical records or to have a one-time exam of our clients and then write a report on how bad our clients are hurt and\/or whether our clients’ injuries are related to the wreck or other event that is the basis of the lawsuit.<\/p>\n
