Judge Jim Jordan, trial judge of the 160th Judicial District Court in Dallas County, Texas, ruled yesterday that GTECH Corporation enjoys “derivative immunity” and cannot be sued even if it commits fraud. \u00a0The lawsuit styled Nettles v.
