GTECH Corporation has sent interrogatories and a request for production of documents to the attorneys representing Fun 5’s Plaintiffs in the Austin lawsuit. \u00a0Interrogatories are formal questions requesting information from the lottery players who filed suit.<\/p>\n
On Monday, October 19, 2015, an e-mail will be sent to all Fun 5’s clients who have\u00a0an e-mail address on file with their attorneys. \u00a0The e-mail will come from\u00a0attorney Kristina Hernandez at the LaGarde Law Firm and will contain instructions on how Plaintiffs can\u00a0access the “QuestionPro” on-line form to provide their answers. \u00a0Please be on the lookout for Kristina’s e-mail on Monday. \u00a0If you do not receive the e-mail, check your “Spam” or “Junk” e-mail boxes. \u00a0Do\u00a0not click the “unsubscribe” or \u00a0“report\u00a0abuse” \u00a0buttons at the bottom of the QuestionPro form as that will prevent you from receiving future communications from your attorneys.<\/p>\n
