<\/a>It was great to see Henry Giessel at the Houston ABOTA annual gala on Friday evening. \u00a0Henry was born in Germany in 1927 and attended the University of Texas Law School were he was editor of the UT Law Review. \u00a0He remains one of the most effective and skilled trial lawyers I have ever gone up against in the courtroom. \u00a0He was and remains a splendid jury trial lawyer. \u00a0My former law partner, David D.
