You may be wondering how water gets polluted in the first place. Where does the pollution come from? In most instances there are usually two types of pollution sources \u2013 the non-point source and the point source. Not to confuse anyone here, the non-point source generally comes about as a result of runoff directly spilling pollutants into a water source.
