Niakesha Thomas<\/a>, a single mother of a one-year-old suffered lower back and hip injuries. Due to her injuries, Ms. Thomas is unable to return to work. She is the sole breadwinner for her and her baby. A woman who was sitting in the first car claims that she was catapulted forward as the car went up the escalator resulting in severe pain from a broken foot, as well as neck and back injuries.
