The medical marijuana amendment has made it to Florida\u2019s ballot in time for the next governor\u2019s election.\u00a0 Voter polls currently indicate that the amendment will pass easily and medical marijuana will become legal in the state of Florida.\u00a0 How will this affect criminal cases?\u00a0 The potential effect on the police, when law enforcement can search a person (or their vehicle), and to possession of cannabis cases could be dramatic.<\/p>\n
