Monday, President Obama vented his frustrations with the failures of the government\u2019s health care Web site<\/a>, but said the technical problems were not indicative of a broader failure of the Affordable Care Act<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cWe did not wage this long and contentious battle just around a Web site. That\u2019s not what this was about,\u201d Mr. Obama told supporters during 25-minute remarks in the Rose Garden.<\/p>\n HealthCare.gov<\/strong><\/a> failed to provide the easy opportunity to sign up for health insurance that White House officials promised.
