GTECH (International Game Technology) has filed a Motion for Summary Judgment in the Fun 5’s case pending in Austin. The motion alleges that there are elements to the Plaintiffs’ causes of action that they will not be able to prove at the time of trial. GTECH has asked the court to hold a hearing on its motion on August 31, 2016. However, it is unlikely to be heard on that day.
