Attorney Richard LaGarde
Attorneys Richard and Mary LaGarde attended the annual American Board of Trial Advocates [ABOTA] Dinner at the La Colombe D’Or Restaurant in Houston on October 24th. Mr. LaGarde received a plaque recognizing his service as former President of the organization’s Houston branch. ABOTA is a nationwide organization of trial attorneys from both sides of the docket who are dedicated to preserving the 7th Amendment right of every American to a jury trial in civil cases.
