Interrogatories and Requests for Production Sent to Fun 5’s Plaintiffs

GTECH Corporation has sent interrogatories and a request for production of documents to the attorneys representing Fun 5’s Plaintiffs in the Austin lawsuit.  Interrogatories are formal questions requesting information from the lottery players who filed suit.

On Monday, October 19, 2015, an e-mail will be sent to all Fun 5’s clients who have an e-mail address on file with their attorneys.  The e-mail will come from attorney Kristina Hernandez at the LaGarde Law Firm and will contain instructions on how Plaintiffs can access the “QuestionPro” on-line form to provide their answers.  Please be on the lookout for Kristina’s e-mail on Monday.  If you do not receive the e-mail, check your “Spam” or “Junk” e-mail boxes.  Do not click the “unsubscribe” or  “report abuse”  buttons at the bottom of the QuestionPro form as that will prevent you from receiving future communications from your attorneys.

Those Plaintiffs who do not have an e-mail address will receive a form in the mail later in the week which they can fill out and mail or fax back.

It is important to answer the questions and to submit the answers online or by mail no later than November 6, 2015.
