Depositions continued on July 30, 2015 in the Fun 5’s fraud lawsuit against GTECH Corporation. Attorneys Richard LaGarde and Manfred Sternberg represented approximately 1,000 Texas consumers at the depositions. The Instant Product Coordinator for the Texas Lottery Commission, Mr. Dale Bowersock, and the Products Manager for the Commission, Mr. Robert Tirloni, were questioned for approximately seven hours by attorney LaGarde. “The depositions were very helpful and provided us with much-needed information” said LaGarde. “We are evaluating the information and will be scheduling more depositions based on that data. We plan to provide our clients with details from the depositions in a confidential e-mail communication in the coming week.”
