Fun 5’s Depositions
Depositions continued today in the Fun 5’s lawsuit against GTECH Corporation. Attorneys Richard LaGarde and Mary Ellis LaGarde traveled to Lakeland, Florida to take the depositions of Laura Thurston and Penelope Whyte who were the Client Service Representatives responsible for changes made to the Fun 5’s tickets which made the game drastically different from prior Fun 5’s games in Nebraska, Kansas, Indiana, and Western Australia. Details will be provided to Fun 5’s plaintiffs in a confidential email in the next week or two.
