A Lenawee County Circuit Court judge has repealed a sentencing error for Troy Wayne Cox, a repeat drunk driver who was sentenced to two to five years in prison after violating his probation for a second time.
After a 20-mile pursuit, Cox was arrested on December 2, 2011 for driving while intoxicated. His first sentence was a six-month work release sentence and probation.
