Recently I represented a really good, hardworking guy that got caught up in the total confusion of the state’s medical marijuana laws. These laws are vague at least, and there are a lot of gray areas that haven’t been fuly sorted out in the courts yet. Some counties have been very aggressive in challenging this law.
