Fluoride levels in water have been a controversial topic since heaven knows when. The debate still rages on even today.

The first thing that should be noted about fluoride toxicity is that science says not all levels of fluoride are actually harmful. This is contrary to conventional wisdom, but the conventional wisdom isn’t always accurate either.
